Description: In collaboration, my partner and I orchestrated a novation agreement with the seller, committing to handle loan payments until the property underwent its transformation and eventual sale. We went the extra mile by furnishing the home and strategically renting it out on Airbnb for two months. Simultaneously, it was listed on the MLS as a fully furnished, meticulously remodeled property, perfectly positioned for Airbnb. The result? The home sold at a premium to an investor, furniture included.
